Tickets for the 2nd Annual WordCamp Iloilo, to be held 24-25 August 2019 in Iloilo City, Philippines, include entry to our 2-day event with lunch, coffee and snacks throughout.
You’ll have access to both the workshops on the first day and option to attend Contributor Day and the main conference on the second day. We will also have a FREE Workshop for kids (limited to 15 kids ages 9-14). Please contact us for more details, parents or guardian needs to have a ticket purchased and will be limited to one kid per attendee. This will be on a first come, first served basis and kids will need to have their own laptops during the workshop.
You’ll also get to collect our awesome event t-shirt and the chance to connect with others from the community.
There are four ticket options:
- Standard ₱ 750.00 tickets. These tickets are far below the real cost of attendance and have been priced this way because we’re dedicated to keeping WCILOILO affordable.
- Community Builder ₱ 2,500.00 tickets. This is for a standard ticket plus extra that will go towards sponsorship for the FREE Kids’ Workshop. Buying this ticket will give you the opportunity to help foster the next generation of bloggers, business owners, and contributors to WordPress. Limited to 10 sponsors only.
- Candelaria (Micro-Sponsor) ₱ 10,000.00 tickets for those who are generous enough to help build up the community. Limited to 6 sponsors only.
- WordPress Workshop for Kids(8.23.2019) FREE – In order to have your kid/niece/nephew join this workshop, you must have a standard ticket purchased already. The WordPress for Kids workshop will take place right on Contributor Day (Aug. 23, 2019), which is just a day removed before the WordCamp conference on Aug. 24 and 25. It will be held at Skylab Workspace, CPN Business Center, General Luna St, Iloilo City
Those who have purchased the Community Builder and Candelaria tickets will get the following in exchange for your generosity:
- Personal name on WordCamp Iloilo site (Sorry, no company names)
- Recognition in opening and closing sessions
- Acknowledgement in post-event email to attendees
- 1 complimentary pass to the event
- 1 Limited edition WCILOILO hoodie (please check size chart below)
- Presence at after-party
Every year, our sponsors help cover the cost of the event, subsidising and offsetting the low cost of Standard tickets. Without sponsors, we couldn’t put on an event that focuses so passionately on delivering the best experience!
If you feel you can donate a little extra, consider purchasing a Micro-sponsor ticket as a way of giving back or the Community Builder ticket to help us bring in more kids for the FREE Workshop. Your donation will help us make your WCILOILO experience LEGENDARY!
Tickets are released in batches. When Standard tickets have sold out, check back to this site after a couple of days and more tickets will have been released.

Basic Terms:
- For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and/or professional photographers and videographers at WordCamp Iloilo. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in the WordCamp.
- It is mandatory to carry the copy of the email sent to you after successful payment. It must be DIGITAL (on your phone/tablet/laptop) NO physical print-out (re-think | Save environment). As a security measure, we advise you to carry a valid identity.
- In case, due to any technicality, if you have not received the email; we will send a reminder email &/or SMS on the day of the event prior to registration time for easy access. Further, if your name is displayed on the Attendees page, we will consider it valid.
- WordCamp Iloilo tickets are non-refundable. If you’d like to sell a ticket you no longer need, or give a friend a ticket you bought as a gift, you can edit the attendee details using the link you received in your ticket purchase confirmation email. (tshirt sizes and badges might not be changed if changed before July 30, 2019).
- The right of admission reserved by the Event &/or Venue Management
- By submitting the form, you are approving WordCamp Iloilo 2019 to send relevant email & SMS communication in regards to the event & ticketing.
- By submitting the form, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the ‘Code-of-Conduct‘.
- The Event ID may contain a QR Code which will have the following info: First Name, Last Name, Twitter (if mentioned), Website URL (if mentioned).
- Disclaimer: Please note your First & Last Name will be publicly visible on Attendees page along with your Gravatar. Also (if mentioned) the Twitter Handle & the Website URL will be publicly visible. We may not publicly display any other info submitted in the form, unless indirectly in form of statistics &/or report.
